Big data has sounded the alarm on the state of common unity in America. The nation divides along race, politics, socioeconomics, and religion. In this post-Christian era, trust in the faith-based community is waning. Over half of society believes religion is the problem and claims we are better off without God. We have strayed away from the Great Commandment to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind while loving our neighbor as ourselves.

Now is the time to connect and strategically convene the faith community with the local community to rethink well-belonging and well-being as a response to the twenty-first-century state of our common union. Covenant Community is a thought leader in developing collaborative partnerships with community leaders within the black community ecology. Our collaborative track record embodies developing community-oriented, contextualized, multidenominational imaginative solutions for underserved communities driven by the conviction that context matters.
OUR WHY
Birthed out of the crises of pandemics, the need for a faith-based organization to fill the gap of empowering and equipping collaborative imagination for creating thriving communities through covenant partnerships is prevalent. At the heart of America’s perpetual state of crises is a breach in the social contract, the covenant, between the Creator and His creation, between divinity and humanity. It is this need to repair the breach that led to the forming of a network of common unity, called Covenant Community, in 2022.
